By using the site or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Important legal position
- LeaseLens provides informational software output only.
- LeaseLens is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
- No solicitor-client, barrister-client, or regulated adviser relationship is created.
- You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before taking legal, financial, or transactional action.
1. Operator and trader details
Who you contract with
- Trading name: LeaseLens.
- Legal operator and trader: Not configured (set LEASELENS_OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME).
- Service address for notices: Not configured (set LEASELENS_OPERATOR_SERVICE_ADDRESS).
- Support contact: info@dataprime.dev or the contact form.
- Privacy contact: info@dataprime.dev.
- The legal operator and service address fields are env-driven public placeholders. If they show as not configured, the deployment has not yet published a legal entity name or service address through LEASELENS_OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME and LEASELENS_OPERATOR_SERVICE_ADDRESS.
- Where a company number, VAT number, regulator status, or other trader detail applies, it should be shown in checkout, receipt, or order records.
- Do not complete a paid order unless the displayed trader details match the party you intend to contract with.
2. Eligibility and account use
Who may use the service
- You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
- If acting for a company or client, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
- You are responsible for activity on your devices and network access.
3. Service scope
What the service does
- Classifies uploaded pack documents and extracts structured fields.
- Generates risk flags, checklists, and questions based on provided materials and available source references.
- Provides outputs focused on England & Wales leasehold context.
- Does not guarantee completeness, correctness, legal effect, lender acceptance, or suitability for your purpose.
4. User obligations
Your responsibilities

- You must not upload illegal, malicious, or unrelated personal data.
- You must verify figures and statements against source documents.
- You must not represent outputs as professional legal advice.
- You must not use the service as the sole basis for exchange, completion, lending, valuation, negotiation, or litigation decisions.
5. Fees, paid unlocks, and delivery
Payments
- LeaseLens may show or sell Quick Findings before a Full Report purchase.
- Full Report unlock, PDF, exports, and document-reference explanations may require payment.
- Prices may change for future purchases and are shown before payment.
- Delivery times are estimates unless the checkout expressly states a binding delivery commitment.
- If payment is taken but the ordered output is not delivered, contact the Operator with the order email and receipt reference.
6. UK consumer cancellation and refunds
Digital content and statutory rights
- If you are a UK consumer, you may have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts unless an exception applies.
- Where you ask LeaseLens to start immediate digital supply before the 14-day period ends, you may lose the right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied after the required consent and acknowledgement.
- Payment receipts and confirmation emails point back to these terms for the immediate digital supply and cancellation position.
- If an output has already been generated, unlocked, downloaded, or made available, refunds are not automatic unless required by law or stated at checkout.
- This does not affect statutory rights for digital content that is faulty, not as described, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or not delivered.
- Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to info@dataprime.dev or through the contact page with the order email, product ordered, payment date, and reason for the request.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and licence
- LeaseLens retains all rights in the software, models, design, and brand materials.

10. Business-user indemnity
Claims caused by misuse
If you use LeaseLens for business or professional purposes, you agree to indemnify LeaseLens and its personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your breach of these terms, unlawful uploads, misuse of outputs, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Consumer and statutory rights
Mandatory rights preserved
