- Generates risk flags, checklists, and questions based on provided materials.
- Provides outputs focused on England & Wales leasehold context.
- Does not guarantee completeness, correctness, or suitability for your purpose.
3. User obligations
Your responsibilities
- You must have rights and lawful basis to upload each document.
- You must not upload illegal, malicious, or unrelated personal data.
- You must verify figures and statements against source documents.
- You must not represent outputs as professional legal advice.
4. Fees and paid unlocks
Payments
- Free preview features may be offered without charge.
- Full-report unlock and exports may require payment.
- Prices may change for future purchases and are shown before payment.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licence
- LeaseLens retains all rights in the software, models, design, and brand materials.
- You retain rights in your uploaded source documents.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use outputs for internal decision support.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
6. Availability and changes
Service updates
- Service features may be added, modified, or removed.
- We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or misuse response.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimers and risk allocation
Accuracy, reliance, and liability limits
- Outputs are provided "as is" for informational assistance. They may contain extraction errors, incomplete context, or model interpretation mistakes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
- You are solely responsible for how you rely on outputs and for all legal, property, and financial decisions you make.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profit, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data.
- Subject to mandatory law, our aggregate liability relating to a paid transaction is limited to the amount actually paid for that transaction.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Indemnity
Claims caused by misuse
You agree to indemnify and hold LeaseLens and its personnel harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your breach of these terms, unlawful uploads, misuse of outputs, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Consumer and statutory rights

These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force.
10. Governing law and disputes
Legal forum
These terms and any non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
